Our services may utilize or integrate with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

- Facebook/Meta: For social media management, posting, analytics, and OAuth authentication

- Instagram: For social media management and content scheduling
- LinkedIn: For professional networking and B2B marketing
- Twitter/X: For social media management and engagement
- YouTube: For video content management and analytics
3.2 Social Media Management Tools
- Postiz: For automated social media scheduling and posting
- Buffer, Hootsuite, Later: For social media management workflows
- Other scheduling and automation platforms as needed for client projects
3.3 App Distribution Platforms
- Google Play Store: For Android application distribution
- Apple App Store: For iOS application distribution
By using our services that involve these third-party platforms, you acknowledge and agree to comply with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.
4. Social Media Login and Authentication
When we implement social media login features (OAuth) in applications we develop, you acknowledge that:
- We may access basic profile information from your social media accounts as authorized by you
- The data collected depends on the permissions you grant during the authentication process
- You can revoke access at any time through your social media account settings
- We will only request permissions necessary for the functionality of the application
- Your social media credentials are never stored by us; authentication is handled directly by the platform providers
5. Client Social Media Management
When providing social media management services for clients:
- Clients must provide proper authorization to manage their social media accounts
- We will act in accordance with the client's content guidelines and brand standards
- Clients retain ownership of all content posted on their behalf
- We are not liable for any platform-specific restrictions, bans, or limitations imposed by social media platforms
- Clients must ensure they have the rights to any content they provide for posting
- We reserve the right to refuse posting content that violates platform guidelines or applicable laws
6. Mobile Applications and Play Store
For applications developed and distributed through app stores:
- Applications must comply with Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store policies
- We are not responsible for app store approval decisions or policy changes
- In-app purchases, subscriptions, and payments are processed through the respective platform's payment systems
- Users must agree to the specific terms of each application upon installation
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue applications with reasonable notice
7. User Accounts and Responsibilities
When you create an account or use our services:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- All custom software, code, and deliverables created for clients become the client's property upon full payment
- BESWAS retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development
- Third-party libraries and components remain subject to their respective licenses
- Our website content, branding, and marketing materials remain our exclusive property
9. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements or service contracts
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BESWAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services, third-party platform changes or outages, or any content posted through our services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BESWAS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
